Successful candidates will create and document procedures for the file review of accounts to evaluate compliance with Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) related consumer loans and mortgages. An understanding of state level SCRA regulations along with subject matter expertise on designing, implementing, and effectively managing complex and diverse quality operations is preferred. Individuals selected for this role will function as SME to a team of File Reviewers as well as to other project stakeholders. Applicants should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and working knowledge of laws and regulations governing consumer loans or residential mortgages. Demonstrated ability to be client facing and experience engaging with senior leadership is preferred.
