Treliant is seeking SCRA
State Regulation SMEs to join its Washington,
DC project. Successful candidates
will create and document procedures for the file review of accounts to evaluate
compliance with Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) related consumer loans
and mortgages. An understanding of state level SCRA regulations
along with subject matter expertise on designing, implementing, and effectively
managing complex and diverse quality operations is preferred. Individuals selected for this role
will function as SME to a team of File Reviewers as well as to other project

knowledge of laws and regulations governing consumer loans or residential
mortgages. Demonstrated ability to be client facing and experience engaging
with senior leadership is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance,
Business, Economics or equivalent work experience in the financial
industry demonstrating research and analytical skills.
- 10+ years
of recent Compliance experience in consumer lending or mortgage required
with regulatory change and implementation
