Managing Director - Advisory Services
The Opportunity

is looking to hire a Consulting Managing Director. In this exciting role you will be joining a
fast growing, global management consulting firm that is driven by delivering
real results for our clients. As a
Managing Director, you can draw upon your demonstrated knowledge to assist our
clients in navigating issues they encounter on best practice, while meeting strategic
and operational objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead business and market
development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective
engagements, and promotion of the practice by leveraging your network and
personal brand in the marketplace to drive growth
- Manage and deliver large,
complex engagements acting as a trusted business advisor
- Draw upon your expertise
and lead engagements across a broad set of clients
- Motivate and mentor teams
while working with industry leaders and groups on important issues facing the
business
- Develop, manage, and oversee a team of high
performing professionals
- Meet specific business
revenue generation goals
- Model the values of
communication, open-mindedness, respect, and ethical behavior
- Ideal

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or a master’s degree in
business or related discipline
- A proven track record as a leader
in a professional services environment
- Strong business acumen – including
significant experience in business development, and a successful record of success
- Ability to leading large projects,
and high – performing teams
- Superior communication skills,
both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and
effective communications tailored to specific audiences
- High
achievement orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Passion for excellence and a
desire to have a significant positive impact on growth
- Excellent planning, time
management, collaboration, decision-making and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to meet
client needs
